Hair and makeup aren’t included in our flying dress photoshoots, and there are no specific requirements for how you should look. Our biggest recommendation is to choose a look that makes you feel beautiful and comfortable!
Keep in mind that we’re shooting outdoors, so wind can play a role in how your hair looks throughout the session. Makeup can also help your features stand out in photos, but you don’t need a full glam look if that’s not your style. Many of our favorite shots focus on the dress itself, so the most important thing is that you feel like yourself.
4. Plan How You’ll Get to Your Photoshoot
Our flying dress photoshoots take place at outdoor locations throughout New York City and the surrounding area. You’ll meet us at the agreed-upon destination, so it’s important to plan your transportation ahead of time.

We’ll monitor the weather and handle any necessary changes if conditions aren’t suitable for your photoshoot. We’ll contact you if we need to make a weather-related change, so please keep an eye on your phone before your session.
Please also keep our rescheduling policy in mind. We don’t offer refunds, but if an emergency comes up, you can reschedule once, subject to availability. There is no fixed deadline for requesting an emergency reschedule, but our schedule may be limited, so we can’t guarantee your preferred date or time.
