Flying dress photography is unlike any other kind of shoot. It’s fast, physical, and deeply rewarding — and when you get it right, the results are breathtaking. We’re looking for talented photographers based in New York City to join our growing team and help us bring the flying dress experience to more clients than ever.
No flying dress experience? No problem. We’ll train you ourselves. What we can’t teach is passion, professionalism, and the instinct to capture a moment — so if you have those, we want to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
— Leading 1-hour flying dress photoshoots at iconic NYC locations
— Working alongside a dress assistant to capture the perfect shot
— Directing clients through poses in a way that feels fun, not intimidating
— Delivering 15 professionally edited, high-resolution images per session
— Representing the Flying Dresses New York brand with warmth and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
— Based in New York City or available to shoot in NYC regularly
— A strong photography portfolio (fashion, portrait, events
— any style welcome)
— Comfortable directing people who have never done a photoshoot before
— Reliable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with
— Multilingual is a big plus — our clients come from all over the world
— Willing to learn the Flying Dresses New York shooting style and technique
This is a paid opportunity — you’ll be compensated per shoot, with flexible scheduling that works around your existing projects.
